Shopping Policies

  1. Standard delivery takes 6 working days, customers can avail express service to get the dresses delivered in 2 or 3 days by paying extra charges.
  2. Hira Tailors is committed to provide the best quality of service to all our customers, however if you find an issue with fitting or quality of service or an alteration then you can contact us on our customer care number within a week of delivering your shipment.
  3. If you have an issue and our team and customer care are not helping you then you can escalate issue to Hira Tailors management by sending an email to
  4. We accept cash, online transfer and paytm payment modes, customers can choose their convenient mode of payment.
  5. We provide pickup and delivery at free of cost where delivery boy come for collecting material and with sample garment for measurements and delivering stitched garment. Customers can avail this service without paying any additional charges. If you opt for pick up service by pickup boy, then you are required to provide sample garment with exact measurements, and we stitch as per those measurements only.
  6. If the stitched garment is as per the measurements and you still need some changes then we will charge an extra service charge and charges are depends on change requested.
  7. We do not provide just alteration service for your existing garments, if you have new garments for stitching then we will also alter your existing garments along with new garments.
  8. We have provided approximate price of stitching on our website, actual price of stitching will vary based on design and accessories, our designer team will provide you exact pricing before stitching.

Alteration Policy!

  1. if there will be any alteration required, We will redo it free and redeliver it at your place but all customer have to pay total bill on the time on first delivery.
  2. all alteration order will be delivered by courier within 3 days.
  3. We will do alteration within 7 days only.

Terms & Conditions!

  1. Final price will be vary according to quality of clothes and delivery date.
  2. If a our Tailor visits you for an appointment and you decide not to place any order with us, then a visiting charge of Rs. 300 applicable would be payable by you.
  3. Customers are required to provide their best fit garment similar to the garment to be made to ascertain the fit required by you.

Return Policy!

  1. We have a return policy in case you would like to return the products for alteration so you can Return it on same time for free alteration.
  2. If you request for alteration after delivered your order so it will be chargeable.
  3. We always recommend you to return it on same time for free alteration.
